Then, work on it by the various options that Christmas ornaments and lighting patterns offer.

Christmas Tree Decorating Themes

Christmas ornaments and lights add beauty to our Christmas tree. Though traditionally, these have been used as Christmas tree decorations, if you want to make your tree a little different, why not make the decorations revolve around some theme. This would give you great Christmas tree decorating ideas that would give you scope to innovate. Here are some Christmas tree decorating themes to go for:

Snow Theme
Christmas and snow flakes! Not difficult to gel the two, are they? What’s more? With the winter season round the corner, getting ideas to decorate the tree around this theme would not be difficult either. Use white lights, it could be solid or twinkling. Put a couple of snowmen as Christmas tree decorations. Keeping in spirit with the theme, use crystal clear snowflake ornaments. You could also add miniature wooden sleds. Add white glass balls to complete the effect. You would definitely require a tree skirt to keep all those Christmas gifts, won’t you? Go for the pure white one for the snowy effect. Does the winter and ‘snow’ on your Christmas tree remind you of Happy Feet? Add a couple of penguin ornaments riding on snowflakes! You could either use Christmas ornaments or cut pictures of penguins and the snowman.

Angel Theme
Want the Angels to look after you every night? Then why not decorate the Christmas tree on Angel theme? If it is the angel theme that you choose for your Christmas tree, then it’s best to start looking for creative Christmas tree ornaments. Alternatively, you can cut angel shapes from paper and color them accordingly. Do not forget to hang magic wands. Let them work as you make your wish every night. Let the angels peep at you from the heavens by hanging stars on your tree. This effect can be provided using twinkling white lights.

Question by Aparna B: Where and when can I buy the christmas tree and ornaments at their cheapest?
I am looking for good quality christmas tree ornaments.

Best answer:

Answer by beekiss
If you want to buy on the cheap, then wait until after Christmas and buy your ornaments when they go on sale. This year, I’d suggest you make your own. Doesn’t get any cheaper than that. As for buying a tree, check your local paper for tree farms or tree lots. They’re going to vary a lot in price, but I’m sure you can pick up a really crappy one for cheap.

The Best Christmas Party Games

Throwing a party during Christmas can be a daunting task to say the least. Still, there is not a more magical time of year to have a party. Holiday parties are wonderful the food is great and the d?cor is amazing, but without the right Christmas party games you party will not be very memorable.

No matter how much time you have spent planning your holiday event there will still be that nagging worry that things won’t be right. Don’t fret, with some good food and fun Christmas favors your party will be the hit of the season.

When it comes to Christmas party games the possibilities are endless. The main factor that you will need to consider is what the age group of your party goers is. If you have an adult party you will most likely want to have games that will stimulate and challenge their grown up minds. For kids the games can be simpler and less challenging.

Christmas games

The holidays are a prime time for throwing parties and you will want yours to be the best. You can easily achieve this by just having a lot of good food and plenty of games.

1. Christmas movie trivia: Divide your guests into teams of four and give each team to go off by themselves with index cards and markers. Each one of the teams needs to come up with the same amount of Christmas movie trivia questions and put it on the card along with the answers on the back. Once that is finished you can have one member from each team take turns reading the cards and trying to stump everyone. The team with the most right answers wins. You can have premade goodie bags handy to pass out to the winners.

2. Name That Christmas tune: You as the host can divide the room up into two teams who will take turns guessing Christmas songs with only a line being read to them by you. The winning team can each have some type of Christmas favor as a prize.

3. The stocking game: This is done by filling several stockings with the same things and tying the tops of them shut. Divide the room into several even teams and give them the stockings, a pen, and a piece of paper. Set a timer and see which team has the most correct answers written down before the time is up. You will be amazed at what some of the guesses are.

4. 26 ways to say Christmas: Pass around a piece of paper to each person and have each person write out the alphabet going down one side. Have each person write down a Christmas related word that begins with each letter. The person with the most words will win the biggest prize of the night. It can be anything such as a holiday ornament or something else that is special.

You do not have to get stressed out when planning a great Christmas party. By simply planning things out and including some fun games your party will be great.

If you search for bowtie Christmas party games on google or yahoo you should get to a bowtieproducts site that will give you 5 new original games that will help make your night fun.

Some of the games especially Sandys Christmas Carol game can be adjusted for nearly any age 8 and up.

For parties mixers like this work because they give folks something to do while they get warmed up to each other. if they want to talk, they can talk, but if conversation lags games like these take up the awkward silences that many of us dread.

What’s nice is that people don’t all have to be in it to enjoy it. Some can just help out if asked or enjoy the groans of the answer section.

If links work in the answer blocks here’s the link

there is also some party giving advice you may enjoy.

My wife and I made up the puzzles and many people really enjoy them.

I hope they work out well for you

Answer by DownUnder Chick
Maybe a Winter wonderland Theme.
You could decorate the room in white or try and get some fake snow.
You could have massive blow up toys such as candy canes, Santa’s, stuff like that.

Hope this helps!

***early Merry Christmas***
