A Christmas Birthday Party & Christmas Party Decorations That “Yule” Love!
Article by Elizabeth Chastain
If you’re looking for some Christmas decorating ideas for your upcoming Christmas birthday party or your annual Christmas affair, here’s some fun and fabulous options to consider. These little ideas will help you create Christmas Party pizzazz!
BIG BAD BASKET – Fill a fun basket with colorful ornaments and greenery. You could also opt to use frosted fruits and berries, along with greenery instead. Either way, be sure to embellish the handle with a decorative bow.
GLITZY GOBLETS & MARVY MARTINI GLASSES – Fill clear goblets and martini glasses with small, colorful ornaments, beads spilling out, and tie the stem with a festive bow.
TEAPOT TREE – For a Victorian-type of a decoration, place a small Christmas tree inside of a teapot. Decorate the tree with small teacup and saucer ornaments, ribbons, doilies, and pearls.
CHIPPER CHAIRS – Tie some ribbons and Christmas greenery to the backs of your dining room chairs to add some holiday color. Another option is to attach a fun ornament to the center of a bow and then tie it to the backs of the chairs.
PRETTY POINSETTIA TREE – Gather several barren tree branches and spray-paint them white. Insert them into a container filled with sand and top with decorative white rocks. Glue small, silk poinsettia flowers to green ornaments. Tie the ornaments to your tree branches using green and red ribbons.
RED & WHITE IS ALL RIGHT – To create an elegant and more formal-looking table, opt for a crisp, red tablecloth and napkins with white bone china. Place a long white taper candle in the center of a small bowl (use wax to secure) and fill the bowl with water. Arrange red flowers around the candle. Place a single poinsettia on each plate or tie them around your napkins with a white ribbon.
CHRISTMAS CARD GARLAND – Don’t throw away last year’s cards. Instead, glue them on a decorative ribbon and string them around your party room.
SNAZZY SNOWFLAKES – Using decorative ribbons, tie glitter snowflake ornaments around your napkins, candlestick holders, goblet stems, and to the backs of your dining room chairs. Hang them from your ceiling or chandeliers using fishing line or decorative ribbons.

The Simplest Christmas Crafts Projects
Now is the time of the year when all folks start to look for money for Christmas crafts projects. The good news is that there are tons of project ideas and you will be able to easily notice them online. The World Wide Web is stuffed with all sorts of Christmas crafts. Girls’ magazines also lend a help for this glorious source of helpful facts.
Looking for Christmas decorating ideas? Try these:
Bake shortbread in your own oven. Of course, the fun does not stop cooking. Then you need to brighten it with colored icing and sprinkles (the kids love to help adding these sprinkles). Once they have been baked and embellished, string them and use them as decorations. You will be able to use a knife to form the cookies. You can form some cookie cutters in wonderful shapes and designs, depending on your own taste.
Make garlands. This specific task requires the participation of the whole family. It is not solely necessary to use popcorn and smell the hands of those who attempt to steal it. Bear in mind that they are there to assist during the actual stringing process. Of course not restricted to popcorn, you can select blueberries or nuts.
Another nice Christmas craft is making your own decorations. You can notice the inspiration and the look for materials like Styrofoam, clay, and garlands. A great thing to attempt and do especially with kids is to take a group of standard Christmas balls and glue them to form patterns on the balls. Once creating the look of spool, you have to pierce the ball within the pattern of a needle.
If you are extremely dedicated to the Christmas crafts projects of drawing, you can create your own holiday candles (Additionally, you can use them for gifts for your friends!).

I don’t know about the Chinese Christmas tree. But ideas for decorating: If you have any pictures hanging in the room on the wall, cover them with wrapping paper and put a bow on it. If you have any fake poinsettas, place them around the room in vases, etc. Hang stockings from any nails or surfaces you can find that will work. Get some sticks from the yard that aren’t too dirty and have them almost the same size but not quite. You can put one big one in the room in a vase, or a 3-4 of them in vases close to each other. If you have red ribbon or gold ribbon, tie it around bed posts or somewhere that would look pretty. Take a picture frame replace the pciture with a Christmas card. Use cheap Christmas finger tip towels in the bathroom. Hope that helps! I tend to buy Christmas decorations after Christmas when they are on clearance for the next year.

Christmas Decorating Ideas And Suggestions
Even though you may think that there’s lot of days left for Christmas to come, it would nevertheless be wise to prepare a plan that will make your Christmas truly a memorable moment out of your monotonous life. I believe you must be familiar with the proverb- “Early bird catches the worm”. So, to be frank, it would really be an admirable approach if you start collecting Christmas decorating articles from this very moment.
Right now, there are a lot of places where you can find Christmas decoration articles being sold at cheaper prices. The yard sales are where you would be most delighted to find unique items at very modest prices as the sellers consider their used merchandise as junks but for you, they would be real treasures. Another great spot to look for cheap Christmas decorating articles is the Dollar stores. If you are creative enough then I am sure you would be capable of decorating your home with even some ribbons and garlands. Now, if you are searching for something that is not commonly found, then I would suggest you to look in eBay and Craigslist. Besides these, the use of lights in creative ways also helps in making your home really beautiful. You can also adorn your Christmas tree with some lights and whatever you may think is impressive- be it ribbons, ornaments, popcorn strings, candy canes or other household items.
Whatever Christmas decorating ideas you have, be sure to make them memorable. Just keep in mind that Christmas is the time to have fun with your family. It’s not the occasion to show off by being extravagant. You don’t have to spent lots of money in buying great decorating items. What matters most is the happy moment you spent with your family and friends while decorating your home for Christmas.

Most places right now are 75% off, do stores ever go much lower? Like 90%? If so, when, and what stores? Thanks all.

I’ve never seen this before it may happen every blue moon but I would think 75% would be the lowest it would go.
